Aluminium slats with a SOLANSA golden oak woodgrain finish with a textured surface, can be used as fence infill, gate infill, or infill for any other space. The slat has a rectangular profile with a height of 60 mm, a width of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. Available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m or 6 m.
The SOLANSA woodgrain finish gives your fence the warm, luxurious look of wood. Whether you choose the woodgrain finish on its own or combine it with the woodgrain finish and anthracite, both options are very contemporary and remain popular even decades later.

SURFACE FINISH:
Aluminium is generally an excellent material with resistance to corrosion,, water, and weather and offers a long service life. The slats are made from extruded aluminium to standard EN AW-6060-T6.

The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of the profile to be left on each end for holding during coating. At the end of the profile there is a small hole, and possibly also a strip of tape, which should be taken into account. If required, the end can simply be trimmed or hidden inside a mounting profile.
Installation
Quick installation using screws or rivets. The slats can also be welded to the profiles, but bear in mind that the paint coating must first be removed at the weld point, which could compromise the overall appearance. Using screws also makes it easy to remove and replace individual parts when modifying the installation or repairing damage.
