Aluminium slats with a finish LUVIA light oak woodgrainwith a textured surface, can be used as fence infill, gate infill, or infill for any other space. The slat has a rectangular profile, with a height of 60 mm, a width of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. Available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m or 6 m.
LUVIA woodgrain gives your fence the warm, luxurious look of wood. Whether you choose woodgrain on its own or a combination of woodgrain and anthracite, both options are very modern and have remained popular for decades.

SURFACE FINISH:
Aluminium is an excellent material in general, with resistance to corrosion,, water, and weather and it has a long service life. The slats are made from extruded aluminium to standard EN AW-6060-T6.
The surface is powder-coated with a fine texture, with the woodgrain sublimation-printed onto it LUVIA Light Oak.
This finish features a modern appearance,, a long service life, long-lasting colour retention and UV stability.. It is intended for use in construction, where lasting colour and gloss are essential.

Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of each end of the profile to be left uncoated for holding during painting. At the end of the profile there is a small hole and possibly also a strip of tape, which should be taken into account. If necessary, the end can simply be cut off or concealed inside a fastening profile.
Installation
Quick installation using screws or rivets. The slats can also be welded to the profiles, but bear in mind that the painted layer would need to be removed at the weld point, which could compromise the overall appearance. Using screws also makes it easy to remove and replace individual parts when making adjustments or repairing damage.
