Description of Aluminium fence slat 60x16 mm, rectangular, anthracite RAL7016, smooth finish
Aluminium slat, with a finish in anthracite with a smooth surface, can be used as infill for a fence, a gate infill, or any other structure. The slat has a rectangular shape with a height of 60 mm, a width of 16 mm, and is available in lengths of 2m, 3m or 6m.

The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the sides for fixing screws. The easiest installation method is to use fixing profiles with pre-machined grooves for accurate pre-drilling and screw fastening.

FINISH:
Aluminium is generally an excellent material with good corrosion and weather resistance and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium and supplied with an anthracite RAL 7016 finish.
The profile is powder-coated to give it a smooth finish.. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven. This finish is characterised by a long service life and resistance to UV radiation and yellowing.. It is designed for construction applications where lasting colour and gloss are essential.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of profile to be left at each end for fastening during coating.. There is a small hole at the end of the profile that should be taken into account.. If needed, the end can simply be cut off or concealed inside a fixing profile.
