Aluminium slats with a Light Oak LUVIA wood-effect finish with a textured finish, can be used as fence infill, gate infill or infill for any other space. The slat has a rectangular cross-section with a height of 40 mm, a width of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. Available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m or 6 m.

SURFACE FINISH:
Aluminium is an excellent material with resistance to corrosion,, water, and weather and has a long service life. The slats are made from extruded aluminium to standard EN AW-6060-T6.
The surface is powder-coated with a fine texture, with the wood-effect finish applied by sublimation Light Oak LUVIA.
This surface finish is characterised by its modern appearance,, long service life, long-lasting colour retention and UV resistance.. It is designed for use in construction, where long-lasting colour and gloss are essential.
No maintenance required.
Note
The manufacturing process requires that at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of profile is left exposed at each end for holding during coating.. At the end of the profile there is a small hole and possibly also a strip of tape, which should be taken into account.. If necessary, the end can simply be cut off or concealed inside a fixing profile.
Installation
Quick installation using screws or rivets. The slats can also be welded to the profiles; bear in mind that the painted layer must first be removed at the weld point, which could detract from the overall appearance. Using screws also makes it easy to dismantle and replace individual parts during modifications or in the event of damage.
