Aluminium slats with a SOLANSA golden oak wood-effect finish with a textured surface can be used as fence infill, gate infill, or infill for any other space. The slat has a rectangular profile with a height of 40 mm, a width of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. Supplied in lengths of 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.

The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of the profile to be left at each end for holding during coating.. At the end of the profile there is a small hole and possibly also a strip of tape, which should be taken into account.. If necessary, the end can simply be cut off or concealed inside a fixing profile.
Installation
Quick installation using screws or rivets. The slats can be welded to the profiles, but bear in mind that the coating would first need to be removed at the weld point, which could affect the overall appearance. Using screws also makes it easy to dismantle and replace individual parts when making alterations or if they are damaged.
