Aluminium slat with a textured Light Oak LUVIA wood-effect finish, can be used as fence infill, gate infill, or infill for any other space. The box section is rectangular, with a height of 120 mm, a width of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 1.4 mm. The slat is supplied in lengths of 2 m, 3 m or 6 m.
The LUVIA wood-effect finish gives the fence a warm, luxurious wood look.. Whether you choose the wood-effect finish on its own or combine it with the wood-effect finish and anthracite, both options are very modern and remain popular even decades later.

SURFACE FINISH:
Aluminium is an excellent material with resistance to corrosion, water and the elements and a long service life. The slats are made from extruded aluminium to standard EN AW-6060-T6.
The surface is powder-coated with a fine texture and a sublimation-applied LUVIA wood-effect finish (Light Oak).
This surface finish features a modern appearance,, a long service life, long-term colour retention and UV stability.. It is intended for use in construction, where lasting colour and gloss are essential.
No maintenance is required.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of each end of the profile to be left uncoated for holding it during painting. At the end of the profile there is a small hole and possibly also a strip of tape, which should be taken into account. If necessary, the end can easily be cut off or concealed inside a mounting profile.
Installation
Quick installation using screws. The slats can also be welded to the profiles; however, bear in mind that the coating would need to be removed at the weld point first, which could compromise the overall appearance. Using screws also makes it easy to dismantle and replace individual parts when making modifications or repairing damage.
Installation tip
At 20 mm wide, this slat is compatible with most standard U-shaped guide profiles. For a modern “louvre” effect, we recommend spacing the slats 10 to 30 mm apart, depending on the level of privacy required.
