Aluminium slat with a textured SOLANSA Golden Oak wood-effect finish, can be used as fence infill, gate infill, or infill for any other space. The box section is rectangular, with a height of 120 mm, a width of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 1.4 mm. The slat is available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.
The SOLANSA wood-effect finish gives the fence a warm, luxurious wood look.. Whether you choose the wood-effect finish on its own or a combination of the wood-effect finish and anthracite, both options are very modern and remain popular even decades later.

SURFACE FINISH:
Aluminium is an excellent material with resistance to corrosion, water and weather and offers a long service life. The slats are made from extruded aluminium to standard EN AW-6060-T6.
The surface is finished with a fine-texture powder coating with the SOLANSA wood-effect finish (Golden Oak) applied by sublimation.
This surface finish is characterised by its modern appearance,, long service life, long-lasting colour retention and UV resistance.. It is designed for use in construction, where lasting colour and gloss are essential.
It requires no maintenance.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires that at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of profile be left at each end for securing during coating.. At the ends of the profile there is a small hole and, possibly, a strip of tape; please allow for these.. If necessary, the end can simply be cut off or concealed inside the fixing profile.
Installation
Quick installation using screws. The slats can also be welded to the profiles; however, bear in mind that the coating would need to be removed first at the weld point, which could spoil the overall appearance. Using screws also makes it easy to remove and replace individual parts during modifications or repairs.
Installation tip
With a width of 20 mm, this slat is compatible with most standard U-shaped guide profiles. For a modern “louvre” effect, we recommend spacing the slats 10 to 30 mm apart, depending on the level of privacy required.
