Aluminium slat, with a finish in black with a textured surface, can be used as infill for a fence, gate, or any other space. The slat has a parallelogram shape with a height of 108 mm and a width of 16 mm and is available in lengths of 2m, 3m, or 6m.
The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the sides for fixing screws. The simplest installation method is to use fixing profiles with pre-routed grooves for precise drilling and screw fastening.
PATTERNS FOR PARALLELOGRAM-SHAPED ALUMINIUM SLATS:
Combined with fixing profiles, you can create two patterns:
- Vertical slats – with a 20.5 mm-wide fixing profile

INSTALLATION METHODS FOR PARALLELOGRAM-SHAPED ALUMINIUM FENCE SLATS:
Fixing profiles are available in two versions:
- U-shaped profile – for mounting “between” posts
- UT-shaped profile – for mounting “in front of” posts

SURFACE FINISH:
Aluminium is generally an excellent material with resistance to corrosion and weathering, and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium and supplied with a black RAL 9005 finish.
The profile is finished with a textured powder coating.. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven. A matt thermosetting powder coating is used for exterior use.
This surface finish is characterised by a long service life and resistance to UV radiation and yellowing. It is intended for use in construction, where lasting colour and gloss are essential.
