Aluminium slat with a textured SOLANSA Golden Oak wood-grain finish, can be used as fence infill, gate infill, or infill for any other space. The hollow section has a parallelogram-shaped profile with a height of 105 mm, a width of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. The slat is available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m or 6 m.
The SOLANSA wood-grain finish gives the fence a warm, luxurious wood look.. Whether you choose the wood-grain finish on its own or a combination of the wood-grain finish and anthracite, both options are highly modern and remain popular even decades later.

SURFACE FINISH:
Aluminium is an excellent material with resistance to corrosion, water and weather and offers a long service life. The slats are made from extruded aluminium to standard EN AW-6060-T6.
The surface is powder-coated with a fine texture, with the wood-grain finish applied by sublimation in SOLANSA Golden Oak.
This surface finish features a modern appearance,, long service life, long-lasting colour retention and UV stability.. It is designed for use in construction, where lasting colour and gloss are essential.
No maintenance is required.

The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of profile to be left at each end for fixing during coating.. At the end of the profile there is a small hole and possibly also a strip of tape; please take this into account.. If necessary, the end can easily be cut off or concealed inside a fixing profile.
Installation
Quick installation using screws. The slats can also be welded to the profiles, but bear in mind that the coating must first be removed at the weld point, which could compromise the overall appearance. Using screws also makes it easy to remove and replace individual parts when making modifications or repairing damage.
Installation tip
With a width of 20 mm, this slat is compatible with most standard U-shaped guide profiles. For a modern “louvre” effect, we recommend spacing the slats 10 to 30 mm apart, depending on the level of privacy required.
