Aluminum slat, 105 x 20 mm with a finish in textured Light Oak LUVIA woodgrain, can be used as fence infill, gate infill, or infill for any other space. The box section has a parallelogram shape, with a height of 105 mm, a width of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. The slat is available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.
LUVIA woodgrain gives the fence the warm, luxurious look of wood. Whether you choose woodgrain on its own or a combination of woodgrain and anthracite, both options are very modern and remain popular even decades later.

FINISH:
Aluminum is an excellent material with resistance to corrosion, water, and weather and has a long service life. The slats are made from extruded aluminum to standard EN AW-6060-T6.
The finish is powder-coated with a fine texture, with the woodgrain applied by sublimation Light Oak LUVIA.
This finish features a modern appearance,, long service life, long-lasting color retention and UV resistance.. It is designed for use in construction, where long-term color and gloss retention are essential.

The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of profile to be left at each end for holding during painting. At the ends of the profile there is a small hole, and possibly also a strip of tape, which should be taken into account. If needed, the end can easily be cut off or concealed inside a mounting profile.

Installation
Quick installation using screws. The slats can also be welded to the profiles , but bear in mind that the painted layer must first be removed where the weld is made, which may affect the overall appearance. Using screws also makes it easy to remove and replace individual parts when modifying the installation or repairing damage.
Installation tip
With a width of 20 mm, this slat is compatible with most standard U-shaped guide profiles. For a modern “shutter” effect, we recommend spacing the slats 10 to 30 mm apart, depending on the level of privacy required.
