Description of Adjustable swivel trolley with 8 metal rollers and mounting plate
Adjustable tilting trolley for sliding gates. Suitable for gates with a clear opening width of 5 m to 7.5 m. It can also be used for gates with a clear opening width of up to 5 m that exceed a weight of 600 kg. The trolley is supplied with a mounting plate included in the price.
- Variant V-07-1K fits 80x80x5 mm C-profile FE and 80x80x5 mm C-profile ZN
The option to adjust the trolley allows you to fine-tune the gate’s angle for smooth operation (including to suit the terrain or the slope across the entrance).
The tilting action of the trolley ensures the gate’s weight and pressure are distributed evenly across all the trolley’s bearing rollers at every point during gate movement.

Anchoring the support trolleys for a cantilever gate:
The support trolleys can be anchored:
- using threaded rods that you cast directly into the foundation
- using threaded rods chemically bonded into a cured concrete foundation
- using hammer-in anchors into a cured concrete foundation
The narrowest dimension of the holes in the mounting plates is 17mm, and they are anchored with M16. All methods are suitable; it depends on which one you have more experience with.
