Description of Waktor® End cap for 120x16mm aluminium slats, black RAL9005
The end cap is designed for use with an aluminum slat measuring 120x16mm, providing a simple and effective way to close off the aluminum slat.
The end cap is custom-made by additively layering ASA material designed for outdoor use, based on a three-dimensional model. ASA material (an upgraded version of ABS with improved weather resistance) is an excellent choice thanks to its high resistance to UV radiation and weathering. The material has excellent dimensional stability and is suitable for applications where components are exposed to outdoor conditions.
The end cap is black, a suitable color to pair with aluminum profiles in matching colors, and its shape follows the internal grooves so that it fits precisely into the profile.
If you install the slats in a fence, gate, or terrace infill vertically, you can use the end cap to give the slat a neat, functional finish.
