Description of Trolley with 8 bearings for 140x180x5mm aluminium C-profile
The carriage body consists of a two-piece hot-dip galvanized body and a stainless steel mounting plate.
The carriage is secured to the concrete foundation using two anchors, which pass through the holes in the base and the holes in the stainless steel mounting plate, so only the stainless steel mounting plate is in direct contact with the concrete foundation.
There are adjustment screws at each corner of the base, which can be used to adjust the base’s tilt relative to the stainless steel mounting plate, both lengthwise and crosswise. This makes it easy to compensate for unevenness in the concrete foundation.
The hot-dip galvanized carriage body has 8 polyamide bearing rollers with a diameter of 95mm with recesses for the guide lugs of the C-profile. Four rollers are positioned at the top, where they contact the upper guide lugs in the C-profile, while four rollers are set slightly lower and contact the lower guide lugs in the C-profile.
During installation, the carriages are positioned as mirror images of each other: the first carriage has its upper rollers on the outer side, and the second has them on the opposite side, which is also the outer side.
