The trolley body consists of a two-piece hot-dip galvanized body and a stainless steel mounting plate.
The trolley is secured to the concrete foundation using two anchors, which pass through the holes in the base and the holes in the stainless steel mounting plate, so only the stainless steel mounting plate is in direct contact with the concrete foundation.
There are adjustment screws at each corner of the base, which can be used to adjust the tilt of the trolley base relative to the stainless steel mounting plate, both lengthwise and crosswise. This makes it easy to compensate for unevenness in the concrete foundation.
On the hot-dip galvanized trolley body are 4 polyamide bearing rollers with a diameter of 120mm with cutouts for the C-profile guide lugs. Two rollers are at the top, where they contact the upper guide lugs in the C-profile, and two rollers are set slightly lower and contact the lower guide lugs in the C-profile.
During installation, the trolleys are positioned as mirror images of each other, i.e. the first trolley has its upper rollers on the outer side and the second trolley has them on the opposite side, which is also the outer side.
