The carriage body consists of a two-piece hot-dip galvanized body and a stainless steel mounting plate.
The carriage is secured to the concrete foundation using two anchors, which pass through holes in the base and holes in the stainless steel mounting plate. As a result, only the stainless steel mounting plate is in direct contact with the concrete foundation.
There are adjustment screws in each corner of the base, which allow the carriage base to be adjusted relative to the stainless steel mounting plate, both lengthwise and crosswise. This makes it easy to compensate for unevenness in the concrete foundation.
On the hot-dip galvanized carriage body are four polyamide bearing rollers with a diameter of 95mm with cutouts for the C-profile guide projections. Two rollers are positioned at the top, where they contact the upper guide projections in the C-profile, and two rollers are positioned slightly lower, where they contact the lower guide projections in the C-profile.
During installation, the carriages are positioned as mirror images of each other; that is, the first carriage has its upper rollers on the outside, and the second carriage has its upper rollers on the opposite side, which is also the outside.
