Description of Trolley with 4 bearings for 100x100mm aluminium C-profile
The trolley body consists of a two-piece hot-dip galvanized body and a stainless steel mounting plate.
The trolley is secured to the concrete foundation using two anchors, which pass through the holes in the base and the holes in the stainless steel mounting plate, so only the stainless steel mounting plate is in direct contact with the concrete foundation.
There are adjustment screws at each corner of the base, which allow the trolley base to be adjusted relative to the stainless steel mounting plate, both lengthwise and crosswise. This makes it easy to compensate for unevenness in the concrete foundation.
On the hot-dip galvanized trolley body are four polyamide bearing rollers with a diameter of 60mm with cutouts for the guide projections of the C-profile. Two rollers are at the top, where they contact the upper guide projections in the C-profile, and two rollers are set slightly lower and contact the lower guide projections in the C-profile.
The trolleys are installed facing opposite directions, i.e. the first trolley has its upper rollers on the outside, and the second trolley has them on the opposite side, which is also the outside.
