Description of Surface-mounted electromagnetic lock with signal, ZE-04
Heavy-duty electromagnetic lock with a holding force of 600 kg. The lock is fitted with a status LED and includes contacts for a status output, which warns when the door is not closed and secured properly.
The lock is designed for doors and gates with a fixed stop. The product consists of an electromagnet, which is installed on the fixed frame and an armature plate mounted on the moving part of the door or gate. The armature plate is supplied with a nut that allows it to adjust, so that when the door closes, it automatically aligns with and adheres to the magnet. The lock's magnetic force then secures the door reliably. Cutting off the electrical supply to the magnet releases the door.
The armature plate and mounting screws are included with every ZE-04 electromagnetic lock.
