This stainless steel corner connector is a sturdy connecting component for aluminium gate profiles. It is used to join profiles precisely at a right angle when making frames for gates, pedestrian gates, fence panels and other aluminium structures.
It is easy to use and saves time. You do not need to cut the profiles at a 45° angle, as you would when making a conventional mitred frame. Simply cut them straight to the required length, place them together at a right angle and tighten the corner with the connector. The result is a clean 90° joint.

Installation
First, insert the corner connector into one profile and use the central M12 screw to pull it tight against the second profile. Next, on the side of the profile containing the connector, drill two holes and use a tap to cut threads for the two fastening screws. Finally, tighten the fastening screws into the connector. This creates a strong, precise and stable corner joint.
