Description of SOMMER SP 900 - post-mounted sliding gate opener for gates up to 8 m / 400 kg (C)
Compact electromechanical operator SOMMER SP900 is suitable for a sliding gate weighing up to 400kg and with a passage width of 8m. The operator is supplied without covers, and is suitable for installation directly inside the gate post.
Specially designed aluminium posts are available for the operator from the manufacturer SOMMER in lengths of 1,5m or 2,1m.
The operator uses magnetic limit stops, and is suitable for gates on slopes with gradients of up to 3,5%.
Thanks to the adjustable shaft height, ranging from 60 - 260 mm the operator's position can be adjusted to suit the gate installation. The shaft features a latch that mechanically locks the operator when stopped in any position. The operator can be unlocked with a key for manual gate operation, for example in the event of a power failure.
The operator includes a built-in control unit with a receiver for radio signals at a frequency of 868.95 MHz, with capacity for up to 40 transmitters. The control unit offers a range of adjustable functions, such as automatic closing, partial opening, and closing the gate after passing through the photocells...
