Description of SOMFY V500 PRO io Connect Video Intercom – DIN Rail
SOMFY V500 PRO io Connect is an advanced video door entry system that gives you full control over access to your home, anytime and anywhere. Thanks to its connection to the Somfy Protect app (Android, iOS) you can easily open the gate or electric lock, whether you're at home or away. This offers a convenient solution for receiving visitors and deliveries, enhancing your home's security and privacy.
Easy installation
The SOMFY V500 PRO io Connect is designed for easy installation on existing two-wire wiring, making it simple to fit without the need for extensive modifications. The compact, slim outdoor unit is made from durable aluminium and plastic, making it resistant to harsh conditions. The indoor touchscreen monitor features a high-resolution 7” colour display.
Advanced features for maximum convenience
The video door entry system supports up to 5 channels, allowing you to control up to 5 Somfy devices or groups of devices, expanding the possibilities for home automation. With the io connection, you can launch up to two TaHoma scenarios directly from the Somfy Protect app, making it easy to set up automatic light activation or alarm arming, for example.
Security and keeping track of visitors
The SOMFY V500 PRO io Connect gives you peace of mind, knowing that you can keep track of every visitor. When you're away, the smart video door entry system saves photos of missed visitors to the included 16 GB SD card. Motion detection is activated at a distance of 30 cm, so you can always see what's happening outside your door. Thanks to night vision and a wide-angle lens (102°), you'll get a clear image even in low-light conditions.
