Description of Rectangular aluminium box section 100x20x1,2 mm, anthracite RAL7016 textured finish
Aluminium rectangular tube, with a finish in textured anthracite, can be used as infill for a fence, a gate, or any other space. The rectangular tube has a rectangular shape with a height of 100 mm, a width of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 1.2 mm.
SURFACE FINISH:
Aluminium is generally an excellent material with resistance to corrosion and weathering, and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium and is supplied with an anthracite RAL 7016 finish.
The profile is powder-coated with a textured finish. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven.
This finish is characterised by a long service life and resistance to UV radiation and yellowing. It is intended for use in construction, where shade and gloss durability are essential.
Note
The manufacturing process requires that at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of the profile is left on each side for securing it during coating. At the end of the profile there is a small hole, which should be taken into account. If necessary, the end can easily be cut off or concealed inside the mounting profile.
