Steel sleeve, with a galvanised finish, designed to accommodate a 76 mm diameter parking post, without a locking mechanism. 

The sleeve is 400 mm long.

The sleeve must be embedded in concrete flush with the ground along its entire length, then the parking post is inserted into it.

Because the sleeve is embedded in concrete with no part extending above ground, the posts can be removed and the passage used without restriction, using a cover. At the same time, the installed parking post is sufficiently sturdy and durable.
