Description of Nylon rack 26 × 19 mm, with 6 × 10 mm metal core, M4
Nylon toothed rack with metal core. Ensures quieter gate movement. Each rack section is 1 meter long. The rack is 19 mm thick, the tooth height is 26 mm, and the steel core measures 6x10mm.
The rack is easy to install and does not require welding. Supplied with 4 self-tapping screws and 4 washers for fastening. There are 4 mounting points per 1 m of rack. Easy to install, with height adjustment possible thanks to the elliptical mounting slot. The segments are compatible with one another and can be easily joined.
Tooth module is compatible with drives Nice in our range, as well as most drives from other brands (KEY, CAME, Beninca, FAAC, and others).
The rack is made from a metal cord coated in hard-wearing nylon for quiet operation when opening and closing the gate. Its robust construction ensures a long service life and resistance to wear.
