Description of LOCINOX Stainless Steel Mortise Lock for Sliding Gates, 60 mm Backset, 77 mm Mortise, 92 mm Centre Distance, EIGHTYLOCK-LS
Mortise lock for sliding gates with a stainless steel mechanism and a rotating head Twistfinger, 45 mm high. It is designed for the SSKZ QF surface-mounted stainless steel stop, which catches the rotating head when the gate closes.
The lock is suitable for profiles with a minimum depth of 80 mm. A 60 mm backset is the distance from the faceplate to the axis of the cylinder and handle. The lock's insertion depth into the profile is 77 mm and the distance between the axes of the handle and cylinder is 92 mm.
The design is adjustable for left- or right-hand sliding gates. The faceplate protects the mechanism from dirt and small metal particles.
Installation in the prepared cutout UNIWING is made easier by the Click-It (see manual). The lock is suitable for steel, aluminum, and PVC gates. Prepare the cutout and mounting according to the installation instructions.
The lock is designed for a Euro-profile cylinder and a handle with an 8 × 8 mm spindle. The handle and cylinder are ordered separately. Choose the cylinder length according to the gate profile depth and the hardware used. Choose the strike plate according to the design of the rotating latch.
