Locinox GUARDIMA magnetic lock for securing a single-leaf gate, the ideal solution for closing gates near swimming pools, playgrounds or family gardens.
The latch is positioned at a height of at least 1.5 m and requires a force of 20 N, which prevents children under 5 from opening the gate without supervision. They are ideal for securing areas around swimming pools and playgrounds.
The lock opens by lifting the upper lever in two stages, which releases the magnet. A magnetic range of 30 mm—twice the industry standard—makes Guardima the market leader in its category. Thanks to the opening system, which ensures that the gate opens only when the magnet is pulled upwards, safety is increased.
Thanks to these features, it meets international standards for pool gates (always check with the relevant authorities). For added safety, the gate can be fitted with a self-closing system, which ensures the gate closes after every passage.
The lock is suitable for use with either left- or right-hand opening.
The lock body is made of anodized aluminum with a black powder-coated finish. The lock is extremely weather-resistant and has been tested for 2 000 000 opening cycles.
Precise adjustment of the lock for your gate is possible using horizontal and vertical adjustment by 30mm.
