Locinox FORTIMA magnetic lock for securing a single-leaf gate. It provides safety at children’s playgrounds, swimming pools or parks thanks to its child safety feature.
The patented internal lock allows the gate to open smoothly and close securely thanks to its unrivalled magnetic force. It offers theoption to adapt to an existing lock.
It is easy to install on a wide range of gates made from different materials, and the lock also meets most international safety requirements (check with the relevant authorities). FORTIMA can replace existing child safety locks. To increase safety, the gate can be fitted with a self-closing system, which ensures the gate closes after every passage.
The lock is opened by pulling the upper lever out into its two-position extension, which releases the magnet.
The lock is suitable for use for both left- and right-hand opening.
The lock body is made of anodised aluminium with a black powder-coated finish. The lock is extremely weather-resistant and has been tested for 2,000,000 opening cycles. Thanks to its high-quality construction, you can enjoy rust-free, long-lasting security for your gate.
Fine adjustment of the lock for your gate is possible using horizontal adjustment of up to 25mm.
