Description of LOCINOX lock with stainless steel mechanism, for 60–80 mm profile, anthracite, LAKQ60U2LVSZM
Locinox lock for swing gates LAKQ60U2LVSZM, in anthracite RAL 7016. It includes a pair of 3006M handles and a VSZ cylinder; each lock has a unique cylinder.
The lock is designed for gate profiles from 60x60mm to 80x80mm. Drill 4 holes in the profile and secure the lock with 2 screws. The distance between the screw centres is 60mm.
The latch, which locks the gate, is adjustable by up to 20 mm without disassembly. The internal mechanism is made of stainless steel, ensuring a long service life.
The lock is certified to ISO 9227 KTL (the locking system withstands 1,000 hours of salt spray testing).
The lock case is made of polyamide with a stainless steel mechanism and latch. The lock set also includes a polyamide handle together with a cylinder, but not the profile tube. The lock is compatible with a standard 54mm cylinder (27/27).
Easy to switch to the left- or right-hand side.
One turn of the key extends the latch by 23mm.
The higher purchase price of Locinox surface-mounted locks is offset by the fact, that this is a 4-in-1 product, i.e. it replaces four products that you would otherwise have to buy separately: a lock, lock case, cylinder and handle. Another advantage is easy installation, which involves simply drilling holes; there is no need to mill grooves, or openings for the cylinder, etc.. The lock is fully compatible with stops LOCINOX SAKL QF or with the safety stop LOCINOX SHKL QF .
