Hörmann HSZ 2 BS is two-channel remote control with a frequency of 868 MHz, and 128-bit patented BiSecur security for HORMANN drives.
The remote control is designed to fit into a car's cigarette lighter socket.
Compatible drives:
The remote control is backward compatible with Hörmann radio systems operating at 868 MHz (drives series 1 and 2 such as STA, DTA, Ecomatic, ProMatic, SupraMatic, RollMatic, RotaMatic).
Older remote control models can be copied to this remote control without BiSecur coding at a frequency of 868 MHz.

Replacing the remote control battery:
Pairing remote controls:

- Remote control B which you want to pair, hold to the left of remote control A with the code already programmed, about 2 cm away.
- Press the button on remote control A that you want to pair, and keep it pressed.
- The LED lights up blue for about 2 seconds and then goes out
- After about 5 seconds, the LED starts flashing alternately red and blue (transmitting the code).
- Press and hold the button on remote control B, which you want to program with the code. The LED lights up blue for about 2 seconds and then goes out.
- The LED then flashes slowly in blue; when it recognizes the transmitted code, it starts flashing rapidly and then goes out.
