Description of Hörmann EL301 - safety photocells, 436233
Hörmann EL301 safety photocells are installed opposite each other across the gate opening, or at any point where there is a risk of the gate hitting an obstacle. They create an infrared beam which, when interrupted, sends a signal to stop the gate.
They consist of two synchronised components: transmitter TX and receiver RX.
Installation, using the brackets included in the package, on a wall, masonry surface, post or any other surface (surface-mounted) at the same height, aligned with each other.
The photocells meet the IP65 protection standard, and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The photocells are easy to connect thanks to the two 2-core cables, each 10m long, included in the package.
