Galvanized support ring is positioned beneath the connector and increases its resistance to shifting under heavy loads. It provides additional support for joints on the tube.
Connectors slide onto the profile at the joint and are secured with an Allen screw (1/4" - 12.5 mm). No welding required this way, you can create a strong joint.
The product is designed for a tube with a diameter of 33.7 mm (1”).
