Galvanized single-lug fitting forms, together with the galvanized socket section of the swivel connector for 48.3 mm tube an adjustable swivel joint. It can also be used to fasten panels and boards to a tube structure or to build a frame for an advertising banner.
The connectors slide onto the profile at the joint and are secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 12.7 mm). No welding required this lets you create a sturdy connection.
The inside diameter of the panel holder is 1 mm larger than the tube. The product is designed for a tube 48.3 mm (1½”), which fits precisely.
Tube connectors or pipe connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as a pallet racking system or railing. Other possible uses for profile connectors include DIY construction of shelving, a stand, a barrier, or even a frame for an advertising banner, modular tube railing and many more.
