Description of Galvanized panel bracket for 42.4 mm tube, type 2
Galvanized panel clamp for tubes, with a side-mounted Allen screw position. Suitable for fastening panels, boards, or mesh to a tubular frame. For example, it can be used to build a frame for an advertising banner.
The connectors slide onto the profile at the joint and are secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 9,52 mm). No welding required to create a strong joint.
The panel clamp's inner diameter is 1 mm larger than the tube. The product is designed for a 42.4 mm tube (1¼”), which fits perfectly.
Tube connectors or pipe connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as a pallet racking system or railing. Other possible uses for profile connectors include, for example, DIY construction of shelving, a stand, a barrier, or even a frame for an advertising banner or modular tubular railing and many more.
