Galvanized downpipe corner connector connects the upright to the horizontal and sloping pipes of the roof structure. It is designed for a pitch of 27.5°. In the roof structure, it is used with a Galvanized 48.3 mm pipe connector, saddle cross, 27.5°.
The connectors slide onto the profile at the joint and are secured with an hex socket screw (3/8" - 12.7 mm). No welding required this lets you create a strong joint.
The connector's internal diameter is 1 mm larger than the pipe. The product is designed for a pipe measuring 48.3 mm (1½”), which fits perfectly.
Pipe connectors or tube connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as pallet racking or railings.
