Description of Galvanized connector for 42.4 mm tubes, straight internal joint
Galvanized I-shaped connector is designed for flush joints. The joint is recessed inside two pipes of the same size. Designed for a pipe wall thickness of 3.2 mm. Do not apply a direct load to this joint.
The connecting elements slide onto the profile at the joint and are secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 9,52 mm). No welding required you can create a strong joint.
The connector's internal diameter is 1 mm larger than the pipe diameter. The product is designed for a 42.4 mm pipe (1¼”), which fits perfectly.
Pipe connectors for tubes or pipes are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as a pallet-rack system or railing.
