Description of Galvanized connector for 42.4 mm tubes, straight external joint
Galvanised pipe connector with an external joint is suitable for flush connections.
This joint is not suitable for heavy vertical loads.
The connecting elements slide onto the profile at the joint and are secured with a hex socket screw (3/8" - 9,52 mm). No welding required this allows you to create a strong connection.
The connector's internal diameter is 1 mm larger than the pipe. The product is designed for a 42.4 mm pipe (1¼”), which fits precisely.
Pipe or tube connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as a pallet racking system or railing. Other possible uses for profile connectors include DIY construction of a rack, stand or barrier, or even a frame for an advertising banner, modular pipe railing and many more.
