Galvanized sleeve-type tube fitting in the shape of a continuous cross with a 90° angle for attaching a 60.3 mm tube to an existing structure. The tubes do not need to be cut at this joint, which increases the overall strength of the structure.
Connectors slide onto the profile at the joint and are secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 12.7 mm). No welding required this way, you can create a strong joint.
The fitting's internal diameter is 1 mm larger than the tube diameter. The product is designed for a 42.4 mm tube (1¼”), which fits precisely.
Tube connectors or pipe connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as a pallet racking system or a railing. Other possible uses for profile connectors include, for example, building a shelving unit yourself, a stand, a barrier, or even a frame for an advertising banner, modular tube railing, and many more.
