Galvanized saddle cross pipe connector allows you to create the ridge of a tubular roof structure with a pitch of 27.5°. In the roof structure, it is combined with a galvanized 27.5° gutter corner connector for 42.4 mm pipes.
The connectors are fitted over the profile at the joint and secured with hex socket screws. No welding required to create a strong joint.
The connector's inner diameter is 1 mm larger than the pipe. The product is designed for a pipe measuring 42.4 mm (1¼”), which fits perfectly.
Pipe connectors or tube connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as pallet racking systems or railings.
