Description of Galvanized connector for 42.4 mm tubes, inner corner shape
Corner tube connector in the shape of an inside corner with a 90° angle. It is used in other corners, except the top corners, i.e. in corners where the connected tube needs to continue.
The connectors slide onto the profile at the joint and are secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 9.52 mm). No welding required this allows you to create a strong joint.
The connector’s internal diameter is 1 mm larger than the tube. The product is designed for a 42.4 mm tube (1¼”), which fits precisely.
Tube connectors or pipe connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as a pallet racking system or a railing. Other possible uses for profile connectors include, for example, DIY construction of a shelving unit, a stand, a barrier, or even a frame for an advertising banner, modular tubular railing, and many more.
