Description of Galvanized concrete anchor, square, for 42.4 mm tube
Galvanized concrete anchor for tubes, designed to support a vertical tube and anchor a structure. This anchor is used in structures where positional fastening to concrete is required. Do not use as a base anchor to support railings or similar systems.
The anchor’s vertical wall is wider at the fastening points for the Allen key, providing reinforcement for the joint and the structural anchoring. Fastening through the base horizontal flange should be appropriate for the applied load.
The anchor is fastened to the concrete using 4 holes with a diameter of 8 mm.
The connectors slide onto the profile at the joint and are secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 9.52 mm). No welding required This way, you can create a secure joint.
The anchor’s internal diameter is 1 mm larger than the tube. The product is designed for a 42.4 mm tube (1¼”), which fits precisely.
Tube connectors or pipe connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as a pallet racking system or railing. Other possible uses for profile connectors include, for example, DIY construction of a shelving unit, stand, barrier, or even a frame for an advertising banner, or modular tube railing and many more.
