The galvanized clamp fitting is used as a counterpart for the panel bracket with the hex socket screw positioned on the front. It is also part of an adjustable angled joint with a pivot.
It is the female counterpart to the panel bracket, where, at the joint, you create an adjustable pivot with a variable angle for the tube fitting.
The clamp fitting is secured on one side with a hex socket screw (3/8" - 9.52 mm) and on the other side, the counterpart panel bracket is inserted between the two lugs. You create a strong joint with an adjustable pivot that can be set to different angles. Without welding you can create a strong joint.
The inner diameter of the clamp fitting is 1 mm larger than the tube. The product is designed for 40x40 mm square tube, which fits perfectly.
Square-tube connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as pallet racking systems or railings.
