Galvanized ground anchor for tubes, designed for an angled railing with a variable angle of 0°–11°.
The anchor’s vertical wall is wider at the points where it is secured with an Allen key, which strengthens the joint and the structure’s anchorage. Fastening through the main horizontal flange should be appropriate for the applied load. The anchor is secured to the ground using two 14 mm diameter holes.
The inner diameter of the tube opening in the anchor is 1 mm larger than the tube diameter. The product is designed for a tube 42.4 mm (1¼”), which fits precisely.
Connectors slide onto the profile at the joint and are secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 12.7 mm). No welding required you can create a strong joint.
Tube connectors or pipe connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as a pallet racking system or railing. Other possible uses for profile connectors include DIY construction of a shelving unit, stand, barrier, or even a frame for an advertising banner, modular tube railing and many more.
