Description of Galvanized angled connector for 42.4 mm tubes, 45°–60° angle
Galvanized angled tube connector for creating a joint at an angle of 45°–60° between the tubes. This type of connector is used for diagonal bracing, struts, and angled joints between the top rail and vertical posts on stair railings.
The connecting components slide onto the tubes at the joint and are secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 12.7 mm). No welding required, so you can create a strong joint.
The connector's internal diameter is 1 mm larger than the tube diameter. The product is designed for a tube measuring 42,4 mm (1¼”), which fits precisely.
Tube or pipe connectors are suitable for building sturdier 2D and 3D structures, such as pallet racking systems or railings. Other possible uses for profile connectors include DIY construction of a rack, stand, barrier, or even a frame for an advertising banner, modular tube railing, and much more. Connectors are most commonly used as railing fittings, and our range includes all the shapes you need. If you have a specific request, contact us by email.
