Description of Galvanized adjustable hinged connector for 42.4 mm tube, T-shape
Galvanized adjustable T-shaped swivel joint for 60.3 mm tubes is used to connect two tubes at a variable angle of 90° to 180°. It is used in pairs, creating a fully adjustable joint. Suitable for stair railings, sloping ramps and non-standard corners.
Please note: In practice, two connectors are generally, creating a fully adjustable joint. For a complete set, order two pieces.
At the joint, the connectors slide onto the profile and are secured with an Allen screw (3/8" - 12.7 mm). No welding required, you can create a sturdy connection.
The connector's internal diameter is 1 mm larger than the tube diameter. The product is designed for a 60.3 mm tube (1¼”), which fits exactly.
Tube or pipe connectors are suitable for building more robust 2D and 3D structures, such as pallet racking systems or railings.
