Galvanised panel bracket with two male connectors at a 90° angle, for 48.3 mm diameter tubes, with the hex socket screw positioned on the front. Together with the galvanised socket section of the articulated tube connector for 48.3 mm tube it is suitable for connecting tubes. It is also suitable for fastening panels, boards or mesh to a tubular frame.
The connectors slide onto the profile at the joint and are secured with a hex socket screw (3/8" - 12.7 mm). No welding required so you can create a strong joint.
The inner diameter of the panel bracket is 1 mm larger than the tube diameter. The product is designed for 48.3 mm (1½”) tube, which fits precisely.
Tube connectors in other shapes can be combined to build sturdier 2D and 3D structures, such as a pallet racking system or a railing. Other possible uses for profile connectors include DIY construction of a shelving unit, stand, barrier, or even a frame for an advertising banner, or a modular tubular railing and many more.
