Component kit for installing a folding swing gate with a maximum leaf length of 3 m / 110 kg.
The gate leaf consists of two sections that fold like an accordion.. The two sections of the gate leaf do not need to be the same size; the leaf can be divided into sections measuring 100% and 50% of its length.
A two-section folding swing gate is especially useful if you park your car directly behind the gate, if a slope starts just beyond it, or if there is any other obstacle that prevents the installation of a conventional single-leaf gate. Thanks to the mechanism, you can save up to 50% of the space that would otherwise be taken up by the arc traced by the gate leaf as it moves.
The folding mechanism is easy to install. Thanks to the pre-drilled holes in all the components, no welding is required.
Compared with a conventional folding mechanism, CAIS TWIN DRIVE 3.0, the CAIS TWIN DRIVE PLUS 3.0 mechanism includes a plate, which allows you to adjust the gate recess depth within a range of 90–250 mm between the hinge axes.
