Description of FADINI Coral automatic retractable bollard, 100 mm diameter, anthracite
Fully retractable, high-performance automatic bollard consisting of an oil-hydraulic motor-pump unit built into the main structure and an oil-hydraulic control unit inside the moving cylinder.
Height above ground level can be 500, 600 or 800 mm. Scratch-resistant S235JRH steel moving cylinder with a thickness of 5 mm and a diameter of 100 mm, treated by cataphoresis and polyester powder-coated.
Aluminium cylinder head with a rubber edge; the aluminium cover plate is cataphoresis-treated. The moving cylinder is fitted with retroreflective, high-intensity adhesive film (80 mm wide), and is available with 4 flashing signal LEDs and a 10 m electrical cable installed radially.
Steel pit for installation is hot-dip galvanized. Cover plate providing access to the hydraulic release mechanism for manually lowering the bollard with a special key in an emergency.
Impact resistance 30,000 J, breakout resistance 150,000 J, static maximum load 1,600 kg (bollard in the raised position), maximum 20,000 kg (in the lowered position).
Operating temperature -40 ÷ +80 °C. Supply voltage 230 Vac ± 10%, 50 Hz. Power consumption 330 W.
Extension time is 4.7 s (for the 500 mm bollard), 5.6 s (for the 600 mm bollard), 7.5 s (for the 800 mm bollard). The bollards are designed for intensive use, 2,000 cycles/day.
The entire structure has an ingress protection rating of IP 67.
