Description of Double-sided sandwich PUR panel, height 100 cm, thickness 3 cm, RAL 9007 grey, line/microline pattern
Universal insulated PUR sandwich panel with a RAL9007 grey smooth finish, for use in the manufacture of sliding gates. Unlike standard wall panels, this product is designed for horizontal installation in sliding gates, fences and similar structures. The PUR panel has a different profile on each side: ribbed on one side and micro-ribbed on the other.

Installation
The panels are installed using steel U-channels, ensuring a stable, neat fit with no visible fixings:
- Lower U-channel: 20×16×20 mm, 2 mm thick
- Upper U-channel: 20×33×20 mm, 1.5 mm thick
- Vertical U-channels are used at the ends of the gate to finish the panels
The panels slide between the upper and lower channels and join together with a tongue-and-groove joint. This installation method creates a strong, compact and attractive infill without visible screws.
This PUR panel has a different profile on each side: ribbed on one side and micro-ribbed on the other. Choose the profile by rotating the panel to suit your preference, or combine the profiles to create a more elaborate design.

Ribbed / Micro-ribbed profile:
