Universal insulated PUR sandwich panel with a textured anthracite RAL 7016 finish, for use in the manufacture of sliding gates. Unlike standard wall panels, this product is designed for horizontal installation in sliding gates, fences and similar structures. The PUR panel has a different profile on each side: ribbed on one side and micro-ribbed on the other.

Installation
The panels are installed using steel U-channels, which provide a stable, neat finish with no visible fixings:
- Bottom U-channel: 20×16×20 mm, 2 mm thick
- Top U-channel: 20×33×20 mm, 1.5 mm thick
- Vertical U-channels are used at the ends of the gate to finish the panels.
The panels slide between the top and bottom channels and interlock using a tongue-and-groove joint. This installation method creates a strong, compact and attractive infill without visible screws.
This PUR panel has a different profile on each side: ribbed on one side and micro-ribbed on the other. The choice of profile (by turning the panel) is a matter of personal preference; combining the two profiles can also create a more intricate pattern.

Ribbed / Micro-ribbed profile:
One side of the panel has a micro-ribbed profile (15 mm-wide rib), while the other side has a ribbed profile (38 mm-wide rib).
