Description of Comunello DART - safety photocells for Comunello drives
Comunello DART photocells are outdoor safety devices installed opposite each other across the gate opening, or at any point where there is a risk of the gate hitting an obstacle. They emit an infrared beam and, when it is interrupted, send a signal to stop the gate drive.
The electronics of the photocells are protected by a pre-installed seal in a dedicated housing together with high-quality plastic material with UV-resistant treatment and a textured finish, which together provide IP54 protection.
The photocells are powered by 12V or 24V and have a range of up to 15m.
