Using a telescopic mechanism
This solution is used in locations, where there is not enough room to open a standard cantilever gate. The opening is notionally divided into three sections, and each of the three gate panels covers approximately one-third of the opening. When open, the gate therefore needs 47% less space than a standard cantilever gate.
Complete means that everything is included in the package: lower guide C-profiles, carriages, an upper guide, cables, and a cleverly designed guide mechanism that transfers force from one gate panel to the other (see the full package contents). All you need to do is make three frames and bolt or weld them to the C-profiles.
The carriages are designedso they can be anchored directly, without any modifications, to the concrete foundation (the first pair of carriages) and to the gate frame (the second pair of carriages). As a result, the bottom edges of the gate panels align at the same height, with no need to adjust the carriages. If you make the three frames, you can complete the on-site installation without welding, using only basic tools (drill, socket wrench set...).
Cable mechanism transfers force from one gate panel to another, whether the force comes from the drive or from manual operation. All gate panels therefore move at the same time.
